Owner & CEO

Originating from Maine, Amber Pizano joined the U.S. Navy at 17, serving six pivotal years pre- and post-9/11, including three tours in the Persian Gulf during the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. This era deeply influenced her perspective on service and leadership. After earning her degree from the University of North Texas, Amber embarked on a 20-year corporate career, navigating the dynamic landscapes of Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley startups. Drawing from her extensive experience and entrepreneurial spirit, she launched Guardian Saints Commercial Cleaning in 2024, reflecting her commitment to providing reliable services and supporting the local community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Owner & COO

Hailing from California, Challie Pizano brings a wealth operational of experience from his service in the U.S. Navy and his 20-year career as a firefighter. Serving four years in the Navy, including two tours in the Persian Gulf during the War in Afghanistan,  he honed his ability to lead under pressure and adapt to challenging environments.

After his military service, Challie transitioned to the fire service industry, where he rose to the rank of Fire Captain. Balancing his demanding job, he earned a Bachelor's degree from West Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. His extensive experience as an emergency responder and leader of a team of firefighters ensures operational excellence, driving the success of Guardian Saints to meet the needs of the Dallas-Fort Worth business community.
